Balancing the CBD with the THC in medical marijuana seems to be the way to improve pain and spasticity from spinal cord injury, MS, and other problems. It looks like the non-psychoactive CBD is the key player in relieving spasticity and pain here, not so much the psychoactive THC. With the US Government finally allowing more research to study the effects of medical marijuana on spinal cord injury (SCI), we hope to have better medical marijuana protocols in the system soon.
